We just did a major update to our “Drone Racer Buying Options”. Since the Wizard X220 has hit the market we have a hard time justifying our previous stance that “kit-built is the way to go”. As was done by Michael in his series on the Wizard X220, we now recommend that people getting into the hobby buy a racing drone that uses off-the-shelf parts, then learn to build by fixing and replacing parts on that quadcopter as needed.
